A passion for cultures and for travel is the force behind my work as a widely-published freelance writer and cultural anthropologist. I specialize in travel, food and wine, and cross-cultural writing. I have lived and traveled in the diverse cultures of Europe, the circum-Mediterranean, and the Middle East, as well as across North America. I love working with and talking to people from all backgrounds. It is the result of over 21 years of living in, traveling, and exploring all areas of Spain. In 2007, I spent four months backpacking across Spain, visiting sacred sites and walking diverse pilgrimage roads to discern the best of sacred and spiritual Spain.
